  • Payment by credit card: If you pay by credit card, we will deduct the entire amount due from your account as soon as you place your order, exclusively in euro. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation. To pay by credit card select the Paypal payment and follow the payment procedure by credit card.

    In order to guarantee maximum safety, personal information will be encrypted and transactions will be protected in SSL mode.

  • Payment by PayPal: PayPal is a safe method of payment that allows you to rapidly pay your articles without sharing your bank account information to retail websites. You only need to provide this information when you create your PayPal account. At this stage your data will be encrypted and secured for good. If you already own a PayPal account, you can use it on our website to pay your articles rapidly and safely.
  • Payment by bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer must be entirely carried out when you place your order. On the webpage “order review”, when you chose your method of payment, select “bank transfer”.

Your bank transfer must reach the Emporio del Tessuto account within three days (references will be accessible when the order is validated). After this term, your order will be cancelled. Your order will be definitely validated under reception of your bank transfer. We will send you a confirmation email. In case of bank transfer payment, the delivery time may take longer due to the time needed to the reception and treatment of the bank transfer itself.


Orders are normally sent within two working days after receipt of your order, and they are shipped by courier with shipment track and unsigned delivery. If you prefer a signed proof of delivery, an extra cost will be added. We therefore ask you to previously contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of delivery you choose, we provide you with a link to track your shipment online.

The delivery charges will include management expenses, packaging and postal expenses. Management expenses have a fixed price, while transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the delivery. We suggest you to gather your purchases within the same order. We cannot gather two distinct orders made separately, therefore the delivery charges with be debited on each order. We don’t take responsibility for your package, but we pay special attention to breakable items.

Packages are adequately capacious and your items are well protected.


Your purchases will be personally delivered to your address. In case you won’t be there, the package will be put into the mail box, if its volume allows it. Otherwise, we will leave a note to inform you that the carrier was there.

The back office processes the orders received by 12 am. Differently they will be processed the following day. The same applies for the orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays; they will be processed the first working day following the day of your order.

On average, the delivery takes about 1 or 2 working days for the European Community and 4/5 working days for the Extra E.C. areas.

In accordance with the law D.Lgs 206/2005, if the Costumer is a consumer (therefore a natural person who buys the items for purposes not related to its professional activity), he/she has the right to withdraw the sale agreement for any reason.

The Custumer must inform us within 14 working days from the delivery day with a registered letter preceded by fax.


In addition to the willing to take advantage of the right of withdrawal it is essential to state in the same letter your bank or mail account information in order to refund you the due amount (IBAN code, CIN code, ABI code, CAB code, Current Account Number, Account Holder). For the correct acknowledgement of the right of withdrawal we specify that:

  • The product must be returned intact by the costumer; in order to limit any damage to the original package we recommend you to insert it into another package; Iemme by Mattana Maria Gabriella & C. S.n.c. reserves the right to control returned items in order to verify possible damages or alterations not related to the transportation.
  • The product must be returned within the time frame and procedures previously illustrated to the address pointed out by Iemme by Mattana Maria Gabriella & C. S.n.c.
  • The refund costs will always be at the expense of the Customer.

The refund includes the whole amount related to the product price, with the exception of transportation fees and bank expenses the Customer may have had.

In the event of product substitution, the costs of delivery of the new item will be at the expense of the costumer.
